Meet The Founders

 

 

Dignitea is founded by four sisters who are passionate about history, culture and bringing dignity back to the elders of our community.
 

Joahn Ginsberg: Co-Founder and CEO

 

Joahn comes from a successful career in medical sales and marketing. She has played a large role in changing critical patient care and has built and led teams that consistently over perform. Joahn has her undergraduate degree from Santa Clara and her MBA from Pepperdine University. She has always had a passion for preserving the dignity of our elderly community and a fascination with history. She resides in Sausalito with her husband Josh and son Zachary.

Elizabeth Fauchier: Co-Founder and President

 

 

Elizabeth “Lizzie” Fauchier received her B.A. in Anthropology with a socio-cultural emphasis at Sacramento State University, where she graduated summa cum laude.  She has a deep passion for human rights and devoted her undergraduate years to developing extensive knowledge of the topic.  Her professional background is in marketing, sales, public relations, statistical analysis and community education.  She currently resides in Sacramento with her beloved pets Princess Leia and Jinxie.

Sophie Fauchier: Co-Founder and CMO


 

Sophie brings to the organization a wealth of knowledge in senior care and building business'. Sophie is an expert in all business, with education in Professional Business and is always  researching how to improve the lives of others. She has a history of building successful small businesses and enjoys spending time volunteering at local retirement homes. In addition to her volunteer work, Sophie is driven and determined to combat loneliness in the lives of the elderly in her community and throughout the nation. She continues to work with clients and better their lives through her care.  She resides in San Luis Obispo.

Jessica Taylor: Co-Founder and CFO

 

 

Jessica Taylor received a B.S. in Political Science at Santa Clara University and attended the Master’s Program in International Affairs at Sacramento State University.  She brings experience in government relations, communications, speech writing, public policy, sales, accounting, and media relations.  She resides in Atascadero, CA with her husband Jeffrey and her twins Annie and Levi.
